Ordering
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders, reorder quickly and manage subscriptions.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Yes. Many products are available by the case or by the pallet, and our Pallet Deals offer the best value for larger orders. For very large or regular orders, contact us for a tailored quote.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across the UK, from John O’Groats to Land’s End.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. Pallet deliveries are arranged with you directly. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Look out for free delivery promotions in the bar at the top of the site.
Subscribe & Save and Bundles
Choose a delivery schedule (weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks) and your order is sent automatically at a discounted price. You can manage your subscription from your account.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account once your second order has been delivered.
Pick a bundle size, choose the paper products, consumables and chemicals you need, and see your savings update live. Add the whole bundle to your basket in one click, with the option to subscribe and save.
Products & Safety
Yes. Safety data sheets, COSHH information and wall charts are available for our chemical products. Contact us and we’ll send them over.
Most of our products are made in the UK where possible. Our paper is FSC certified and CHSA accredited, with traceability from tree to truck.
